PROOFREADER/RECEPTIONIST

Premier Color Graphics has an immediate opening for an individual to work in our busy and growing Customer Service Department as a proofreader and receptionist.

Basic responsibilities of this job include 1) proofreading text & artwork against supplied copy, and 2) performing receptionist duties, which include answering phones and assisting walk-in customers.

Additional responsibilities include operation of cash register, desktop calculator, copier, fax, and other office and printing-related machines. Other responsibilities are assigned as needed.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

1. Excellent spelling and grammar skills are a must, along with a good command of the English language.
2. Must be computer (PC)-literate, with knowledge and understanding in word processing and spreadsheets. Must be able to learn other programs rapidly.
3. Basic filing ability.
4. Good people/communication skills.

This position is full-time with benefits, including health, dental, vision, vacation, sick time and a SIMPLE retirement program.

Starting pay is $10-$12 per hour, depending on experience.

NOTE: Although a full-time position, this job opportunity may be temporary as it is a replacement for an employee currently out on extended medical leave, which is expected to be for a minimum of several months.
